My skin is itchy and i have small bumps on my arms and chest from the sunbathing. Is this an allergy?

Ive grown up at the beach.. but now in my early 20's i've been trying to stay out of the sun and tanning beds, and I ALWAYS wear SPF 15 on my face and neck. But just recently this summer , everytime i'm in the sun, the next day all of my skin is itchy and i have these small random 'bumps' that extremely itchy. Am i developing an allergy? It is not dry skin, I have been sure to ultra moisturize. Any suggestions?

You are getting heat rashes. These happen when you are exposed to heat allot. Use anti itch cream and that should help the itching
Reply:i got sumthin like that a few times and i was told its sun poison.. u dont have it very long.. and i use anti itch cream and aloe stuff for it.
Reply:You should go ask your doctor but in the meantime use a higher sunscreen like SPF 30.
