Pale skin complexion?

I have pale skin, my dad also, but i was wondering, could allergies do this to me? i suffer from allergies. Can you recommend any skin cream, or anything, not a tanning product, i dont want to fake tan my face. I just want it to look fresh and healthier. Thank you.

Pale skin complexion?
If you eat lots of carrots and pumpkin and olive oil. You will gradually see a change. There is a product called holiday skin which is a moisturiser with slight tanning agent in it.
Reply:No. Your germainc heritiage did that to you.

No creams, huh?

You can try tanning pills- but beware:

ok.

Sun booth for you.

concerning "fake" tans

And, only the cheap stuff looks bad.

If you go to a professional place- it looks real.

Please concider non-sun. Skin cancer knows where you live.
Reply:Allergies would not cause pale skin, but they can appear more strongly on pale skin.

Many people with nasal alergies also get dark circles under their eyes, doctors call them "allergy shiners".

If you really don't want fake tanner you should just aim for plenty of water, sleep, and at least 15 minutes of sunshine everyday, just eat your cereal on the patio in the morning.

Otherwise several brands have "gradual" tanners that are primaraly a lotion with a very light percent of tanner in them, that gradually build to a tan look in about 3-5 days.

"Jergens makes one, although it has a slight chemically smell when first applied. I buy "Dove" which smells faintly of apples.

When you reach the level of tan you want you stop applying it everyday, and switch to everyother, or 2 x a week to maintain.

Since it is so light you don't have to be perfect when you apply it. Even if you are sloppy you won't get finger smudges, etc.

Good luck!
Reply:Could allergies cause pale skin? No. But pale skin tends to be more sensitive.

If you want a skin cream, look for something that moisturizes but is hypoallergenic or fragrance-free and dye-free. There are tons of brands to choose from depending on your price range, like Olay, Dove, Aveeno, Neutrogena are ones I like. There are products specifically for men, too, but I don't know as much about what is available.
Reply:Avon has a line of alternative skin care stuff that is made with all natural products. its called Anew Alternative.

Reply:No it wouldn't..You can even out your tone so it doesn't have redness....Neutrogena has fantastic products
Reply:try jergans natural glow

Reply:Best beware of skin cancer if you try to tan your face white boy
