Someone please help. Im 22 and I have never broke out before. Its all over my face, its like bumps and some acne (almost like a rash), and its really dry and itchy at times (also on my neck a little). I do have sensative skin and allergies. I dont know what to, it seems the more i clean my face and moisturize, the worst it gets (or i see no change)!!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
I tried taking allergy med's to see if it would help, but nothing!

If your skin is breaking out dont use any moisturizers cause it will clog your pimples and break it out MORE! i use nuetragena face wash also check your make up that 2 can break your skin out bad! if nothing else works check with your doctor:)
Reply:Go see a dermatologist. It may not be acne but some kind of allergic reaction. If nothing you are doing is helping you may even be making it worse. Go see someone right away.

YOu could have late appearing acne, or more likely, you have exzema or rosacea - all of which can be treated, but you need help from a dermatologist. The more crap you buy at the store to treat something that you don't know you have, you may irritate your skin more, making it worse and encouraging long term scarring. please see a doctor.
