Why I have allergy skin on my face?

The symptom is like a rash and itch and dry

Why I have allergy skin on my face?
The most common cause of allergies is a plugged up elimination system and dehydration. Try eliminating dairy including milk, cheese, pizza, etc... for a week combined with drinking 6-8 glasses of distilled water. Switch the salt you are using to unrefined sea salt.

Also consider a gluten(wheat) free diet if ending dairy does not affect your allergic symptoms.

Consider rinsing your face with diluted apple cide vinegar.

Drink unsweetened fruit juices every day. Add a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar and a dash of cinnamon to your fruit juice.

Drink a shot glass of grape juice with one small drop of wild oregano oil, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, cinnamon for taste every morning until symptoms pass.

Consider a Magnesium supplement and Vitamin C supplement plus MSM daily if the above suggestions do not heal your allergic reaction

Allergies are not a disease. Allergies are indicators that your body is mineral deficient, plugged up, and or dehydrated. Most everyone is all of the above but rather than increasing mineral intake, cleansing the body, and drinking clean water, we want a doctor to make the symptoms go away so we can go on as before with no dietary or lifestyle changes. Listen to your body and it can heal itself with food and water.

Yah Bless
