I have a male yorkie with allergies and his skin under his legs is black, can it be cured?

i have had him to the vet and waiting for the allergy results. he is on a hypoallergenic diet.i wash him with an oatmeal shmpoo %26amp; conditioner. i got him just before xmas and he had red hot scabby skin so he has gotten better(though he still scratches). but he still has the black under his legs in the armpit area and the fleshy part on his back legs! does that ever go away? is there anything i can do to speed the process? any info would help!

the black part is a skin infection. don't worry about it. my dog used to have issues with it, too. once you get the test results, you can do more.
Reply:ask me after u got the results. dont panick!
Reply:A lot of times Allergies can be controlled by food. A lot of dogs are allergic to wheat and corn. This is what they use in cheap dog-food as fillers. So I would check your food first.
Reply:Sorry, I can't offer any help but congratulations on being owned by a Yorkie. They are the sweetest little dogs.
